The Essential Fatty Acids Profile assesses the critical balance between essential Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids. The Fatty Acids Profile can indicate the need for fatty acid supplementation and/or dietary modification.

We recommend testing and re-testing every 4 months to confirm you are getting the right mix of fats in your diet.
