NutriPATH uses accredited centres throughout Australia for blood collection services. Please ensure you have your completed NutriPATH request form and collection kit for presentation to the nurse on arrival. It is recommended you attend the collection centre well hydrated and having fasted overnight (where applicable).

Important: Please select only the collection center recorded on the request form that came with your test kit. If you wish to change collection centers, please contact Customer Service to avoid additional fees.
