Description

The initial Pre-chelation Metals & Minerals Challenge (5023) sample serves as a reference point, allowing accurate assessment of an individual’s typical metal and mineral levels before any intervention/ challenge (Post-chelation Metals & Minerals Challenge (5024).

Baseline samples account for natural variations among individuals, helping to distinguish between abnormal changes and typical excretion patterns. Furthermore, baseline data aids in monitoring the effectiveness of treatments aimed at reducing metal toxicity, providing a starting point for assessing progress.
